Experience has produced the finest sausage around. Our fully cooked sausage products are great for meals, snacks or served as hors d’oeuvres. Approximately 20 – 30% of quality inspected pork will be added to all of our sausage products. The price per pound is determined and charged by the green weight. All sausage products are vacuum packed.
Your clean, boneless trim can be made into any of the products listed below. Whole muscle jerky requires rounds or loins. It is not necessary to phone ahead if your meat is Clean, boned and ready for further processing.
