Charlies Sausage Kitchen

Experience has produced the finest sausage around.  Our fully cooked sausage products are great for meals, snacks or served as hors d’oeuvres.  Approximately 20 – 30% of quality inspected pork will be added to all of our sausage products.  The price per pound is determined and charged by the green weight.  Our prices are kept at a minimum by not adding the cost of packaging.  However if you prefer to have your products vacuum packed it can be done for an additional 75 cents per pound.  Please request packaging when your meat is brought in.

Your clean, boneless trim can be made into any of the products listed below.  Whole muscle jerky requires rounds or loins.  It is not necessary to phone ahead if your meat is boned and ready for further processing.

Sausage Products


Salami: Mild flavored with a sprinkling of peppercorn. Approx. 6lbs per roll. $2.19/lb                                                                                                                                                                 Polish: Delicious hot or cold. Can be steamed with sauerkraut. $2.19/lb                                                                                                                                                             Bologna: The perfect sandwich maker. Approx. 10 lbs per roll. $2.19/lb

Wieners: This is a very high quality frankfurter that will definitely fit the bun. $2.19/lb

Thuringer: Very flavorful, yet mild. Approx 4.5 lb per roll. $2.19/lb

Pepperoni: For those who like a little more spice! $2.19/lb

Peppersticks: The ultimate snack. Spicy and extremely delicious! $2.49/lb

Jalepeno Cheddar Sticks: Simply delicious! $3.49/lb

Breakfast Sausage: Your meat is ground with pork trim and seasoned. This product is packaged in 1# packages. $1.99/lb

Breakfast Links: Link sausage is an alternative to bulk breakfast sausage and will be wrapped and frozen. $3.50/lb

Sliced Jerky: Hand sliced and seasoned. Made from loins and rounds. $3.49/lb

Old Country sticks: “New” Spiced up and fermented. $4.49/lb

Grinding: We will grind your game and add beef suet if you prefer. $.85/lb

Hunter Special: This is a flavorful product with a little more pizzaz! $2.19/lb
